Hi, I'm Claire!

I know what it’s like to feel overwhelmed and stressed… to feel like you’re going non-stop from sun-up to sun-down… like you never really get a chance to just be.

I’ve been there.

Waking up already exhausted and drained… pulling myself out of bed to hit the ground running… chipping away at a never-ending to-do list hanging over my head. Feeling like everything is piling up faster than I can keep up.

Living in a constant state of “what’s next”… and rarely pausing long enough to check in with myself, my needs, or what I actually want.

Looking back on the past few months and wondering, “What even happened? Where did the time go?”… because it all feels like a blur of rushed days.

Moving through life on autopilot… while something deep inside me whispers, there has to be more than this.

I know that feeling.

And while I still experience seasons where stress and overwhelm arise (because that’s just part of being human, right?), I now have the tools and practices to meet those moments in a more grounded, supportive, and resilient way.

I’ve learned how to return to myself… again and again. To slow down, listen inward, and respond to what I truly need – instead of pushing past it.

And that’s the work I now guide my clients through. Because I know how powerful it is to be supported in finding your way back to yourself – especially when life feels like a lot.

Maybe right now you don't feel like yourself. That doesn’t mean something is wrong with you… it just means you’ve been holding a lot.

You don’t have to keep doing it the way you always have… trying to figure it all out on your own.

There is another way to move through life – one that feels more easeful, present, and connected.

If you’ve been longing to feel like yourself again… you’re in the right place.

And I’d be honored to support you on that path.

Warmly,

Claire

How I Support You

I’m a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach and the founder of Nourish Holistic Living.

I support heart-centered women who feel overwhelmed, stretched thin, and disconnected from themselves to slow down, reconnect inward, and create a life that feels more spacious, grounded, and aligned.

So often, the women I work with are holding a lot – responsibilities, expectations, and the invisible weight of trying to keep everything running. From the outside, things may look “fine”… but internally, it feels like too much.

My work blends:

  • Mindfulness and self-awareness
  • Stress reduction and nervous system support

  • Holistic wellness (mind, body, and lifestyle)

  • And deep, supportive coaching conversations

This isn’t about fixing you or adding more to your plate.

It’s about gently guiding you out of autopilot and helping you come back to yourself – so you can move through your life with more clarity, intention, and ease.

My Approach

So many women I work with are used to pushing through, staying busy, and putting themselves last.

Together, we gently shift that pattern.

My work is deeply rooted in mindfulness – not just as a practice, but as a way of relating to life with more presence, awareness, and compassion.

This is the foundation of my signature Nourished Ease Method™ – a gentle, grounded way of coming back to yourself when life has felt full, fast, or overwhelming.

Inside this work, you’ll learn how to:

  • Slow down without guilt
  • Reconnect with your body’s wisdom and inner voice

  • Understand what you truly need (instead of overriding it)

  • Respond to stress in a more grounded, supportive way

  • Create rhythms and practices that actually nourish you

It’s a journey of returning to yourself – and learning how to support yourself in a more sustainable, compassionate way.
