This is my signature coaching program for heart-centered women ready to move out of overwhelm and into a more calm, connected, and sustainable way of living.

 

Over 3 months, we shift the patterns that keep you stuck in go-go-go mode and support you in creating a way of living that actually works with your real life – not against it.

This is a personalized, 1:1 coaching experience designed to meet you exactly where you are.

You’ll receive:

  • 8 private 60-minute virtual coaching sessions over 3 months
  • A supportive, non-judgmental space to slow down and be yourself

This work is designed for women who already feel stretched thin. We focus on small, realistic shifts that meet your real life – not add more to it.

What if I’ve tried other coaching or programs before and nothing stuck?

That’s actually very common. This work is different because we focus on your nervous system, patterns, and real-life integration – not just strategies or surface-level change.

Do I need to have everything figured out before starting?

Not at all. Most clients arrive feeling overwhelmed and unclear. That’s exactly what we work through together.

Is this a rigid program I have to follow step-by-step?

No. This is a flexible, client-led coaching experience. We follow what’s most supportive for you in each session.

How will my privacy be protected during the coaching process?

Confidentiality is of the utmost importance to me. As your coach, I ensure that everything you share is held strictly confidential. Additionally, our video conferencing platform is HIPAA-compliant, ensuring privacy and security.

I’m a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach, and I help heart-centered women move out of overwhelm and constant go-go-go mode into a more calm, present, and sustainable way of living.
