These in-person gatherings throughout Western New York are gentle invitations to slow down, reconnect, and nourish yourself in community.

Each class, workshop, and retreat is designed to help you step out of the noise of daily life and return to presence, ease, and embodied awareness.

 

Whether you're joining for an evening of deep relaxation or a full-day immersive experience, you’ll be welcomed into a space that is grounded, supportive, and intentionally paced.

Rooted in Stillness: Guided Deep Relaxation with Live Song

An intimate evening devoted to deep rest and nervous system renewal. We begin with gentle, mindful movement before settling into a guided deep relaxation meditation infused with live song. Participants are invited to soften tension, welcome ease into the body, and reconnect with inner stillness in a supportive, peaceful space.

Wellness Restoration: Yin Yoga & Guided Deep Relaxation

Lackawanna, NY | September 2025

 

This collaborative gathering brought together the grounding stillness of yin yoga and the restorative power of guided deep relaxation. Together, we created space for participants to stretch deeply, quiet the nervous system, and experience true rest. The gathering was intentionally intimate, allowing for meaningful connection and renewal.
